    4ROCs MEMBER OBLIGATIONS + CONDITIONS

4ROCs forum has been created as a place to come and meet up and to talk about our common interests, plan outings between interested
parties and increase our knowledge of 4WDing. Part of being organised is to have a set of rules to make all of the above more fun with a
predictable outcome and a few of those rules include what is the law in Australia, and must be strictly adhered to. The 4ROCs forum is also
G-Rated making it suitable for spouses, partners and children and this forum will remain as such through close administration and moderation.
As part of our commitment to this a Word Censoring Filter will be in place to assist with maintaining the standard of communication, this
will also apply to user names as well.

Please note that all members of 4ROCs forum including any visitors must adhere to road rules and regulations. Please understand and be
clear that whether we are driving on the black top, on the dirt or even on authorized private property the rules and regulations of the road
must be adhered to. This includes speed, courtesy to other drivers and passengers, wearing of seat belts, no bad language on the radio
and most of all... NO DRINK DRIVING and by this we mean you are under the exact same drink driving laws you would have to abide by if
you were driving down the main street of town. There are simply NO exceptions to this rule!

There will be no warnings for this and we adopt the one strike and you are out policy, you will be removed from 4ROCs effective immediately.
Sorry to be so firm on this but the majority of 4ROCs feel very strongly on the subject. If under any circumstance that an attending member
or visitor does not adhere to these simple regulations, then the trip leader does have the authority to send that member or visitor home or
report them to the necessary authorities. Please remember that we are all here for the same thing... a great 4WDing experience.

4ROCs is a family friendly group so consider the way you talk on the radio during 4ROCs outings... swearing and cheap talk on the radio is
considered inappropriate within the 4ROCs community, so keep it to yourself, our kids etc don't need to hear it.

We consider the 4ROCs forum to have some of the best people in the 4WD community right here as members and it's these rules that make
it that way, so let us play by the rules and look out for each other. The fact is that we need to show the greater non 4WD community that we
are not the fools that some in the media would show us to be but an integral part of society that respects the community, laws and the very
environment we like to play in... our big backyard.

By reading and/or joining 4ROCs and participating in any of these forums, or participating in any activity arranged by the members of these
forums you do so at your own risk. 4ROCs owners, administrators, moderators and/or other members or parties take no responsibility
whatsoever for any losses, damages and/or injuries that result from anything at all that happens here or as a result of the 4ROCs forum.
Reading and/or joining 4ROCs is totally up to the individual and waivers all responsibility to the 4ROCs group completely.

For additional information in regards to the actual forum please refer to the FAQ section in the navigation bar at the top of the page.

Thank you for taking the time to read through this and we at 4ROCs hope you enjoy your forum experience and remember that it's
not just the people running 4ROCs but every member on here is contributing to this great community and making it what it is.

Once you are registered and logged in why not head over to the Introductions area and tell us a bit about yourself.

    Cheers
    4ROCs Administration
